First and foremost, we'd like to give a big thank you to all those who made this event possible. Our thanks to guest speaker Niel Kitching for his insights into low-carbon living, and a special shoutout to all those who captained our activities:
Build & Feed Composter with Gavin (Wolf in the Trees) and Brian (Callander Youth Project), Care & Repair with Megan/Pam (Stitchcraft Callander), Demystifying Heat Pumps, as well as all our younger participants who took the lead in making Climate Conscious Festive Decorations and Building a Gingerbread Town of Imaginative Recyclables.
Achray Farm and Brig O'Turk Tearoom's donation of hearty soup/bread and homemade cakes stole the show as the centrepiece of this Shared Table event, with additional support from Mhors Bakery.
Congratulations to all our winners of the Recycl-a-Bauble competition. We hope you all enjoyed this event as much as we did and want to continue these events in the future. If you have any suggestions for the future, please get in contact with us.
