With some research carried out by Stirling University we were able to host a preliminary meeting with local authorities on the 20th of February to discuss land use and weather patterns, as well as the current flood prevention scheme. Attending the meeting were: Stirling Council, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, SEPA, Scottish Water, Callander Flood Group, a landowner and members of CAC. Landscape architect Sheena Raeburn, and artist Orla Stevens were also in attendance to creatively interpret adapting to future climate changes and relay what was discussed for the Callander public on March 2nd.
2nd of March Callander Youth Project hosted Spring Sharing!! Check all pictures and action shots to see our community come together for climate action in Callander, and don't miss out next time!!
